I'm going to give Freemans a call after work this evening to see if my order on the 9th Feb. is processing. At the same time I am going to make sure that they have/pass on any contact details to Amtrak if/when it ships. I know that most courier companies don't find our home address.

Sorry to interrupt the discussion, just wanted to say that I've just taken delivery of my Sammy 26" which I had ordered back on 31/01.

It's bigger than i thought it would be (its in my bedroom), but i have to say Freeview is more than acceptable, but then again i am in a strong signal area. The 360 via joytech vga is absolutely brilliant, I haven't touched any of the settings and I can't understand all the negative comments about vga.

Freemans told me yesterday that it would be another 9 days before delivery, absolute bunch of muppets, Amtrak turned up at about 11.30 this morning and i almost missed them.

But I have to give it to Freemans apart from the delay I had no problems with my order. Ordered once using the pay later option, none of this cancelled order nonsense that they put a lot of people through.

I am so chuffed with the price and the actual tv, it looks like my studies are going to go on the back burner for a while, while i enjoy the beauty of HD. :j :j :T :T

just had email back from freemans wrt the 25% off, and they said, I quote

"Unfortunately, the discount is only available on all Summer Fashion, as stated in the ad. Therefore, is not
eligible on Electrical Items.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."

Will check the T&c's, but i guess they must have covered themselves after last time!!

Might still use the 20% off....

Emailed for confirmation of discount and the (in)famous Sarah advised that code is valid, but to let them know if not applied to order on system tommorow. Anyone like a bet as to whether I'll get the 25% off?

Placed my order for 32" Samsung at 23 Feb 2006, and got the delivery from Amtrack this morning. ( We missed their first attempt yesterday)

Haven't got the time to check the TV yet, but i am very pleased. I was very surprised for the delivery as the website shows 12 days to wait.

I bought the magazine so that I had proof of the discount but it clearly states that it is against all summer fashion.

i ordered 26" 8th feb and still not come! must be very high demand for 26" if you recieved your 32" that quickly!
