My order has been cancelled due to credit card being declined, however, Morgan Stanley say card is fine (should be as i've not used any of its £1800 limit). The only explanation I got when calling morgan stanley was it should 'drop off my statement soon' unless order has been cancelled.
Called up Freemans and they say I have to re-order with estimated delivery of 2/3/06. I'm giving up on this offer now but would be interested to hear if its Freemans who is to blame of Morgan Stanley, anyone know why something like this would happen?0 -

Freemans are known for taking the Michael to cover themselves, they did this in their last so called sale, they made errors with prices and orders went through but they gave all sorts of excuses for cancelling, one was credit card was rejected and the other was no stock, funny the stock appeared to be there the following day once they got the prices sorted out.
Hard bunch to deal with, just hope my folks get their telly soon.0
