I must say I am unimpresse3d with Freemans. I was toying with the vouchers and codes and an order was confirmed for the TV at £899.
I rang Freemans only to be told on the first 2 occassions that their systems have not been updated and the order doesn't show. Today, they confirmed the order is on hold, as out of stock. The advisor states the discounts only applies to the first £500 and anyway the order won't be processed as it's above the £500 credit limit for first purchases. I explained that is not reflected in their T&C.
I told him to cancel the order. he said he can't. I asked his name. can't tell me that either. They don't do themselves any favours.
There's a plasma on Aria not HD ready but cheap and if the Samsung arrives, it goes back.

I recieved the letter today from freemans confirming the £720 amount and confirming the 7 day delivery time I was told when I first ordered. I ordered the tv on the 6th Feb.

I'm hoping that means good news
