Cleaning toilet and dripping water

Hi
In my flat we have a wall mounted toilet (which I hate). This is is because I cannot get to the cistern and we have water dripping constantly in the bowl and I do not know how to get to the valves to tighten it. Any ideas of how I can access this?
Secondly all the dripping water has caused some serious hard water stains which wont go with normal bleach etc.....any ideas how I can get rid of these?

Valve will probably need replacing if it drips constantly. the first thing is a proper set of steps to be able to see it.
There are plenty of products to get rid of the water marks, limelite etc.0 -
Bleach will not shift limescale, you need a limescale remover or some vinegar if you don't mind the smell.0

Yeah I tried vinegar - pure distilled - but not shifting the limescale. How do I apply the vinegar?0

If you have water seeping into the WC bowk via the flush pipe, then this has nothing to so with the valve in the cistern.
You have a faulty syphon.
Any kind of commonly available limescale remover will remove the limescale deposits.0 -

How do I get to the valves.....thats the squillion dollar question as everything is built into the wall....0

Who fitted this?
What is the wall made of? tiles?
If it was a DIY job maybe you will just have to smash the tiles!
Post a photo if you can.0 -
