Barnabysue - you can pick instant / daily or weekly so not too bad plus I think you only get one notification until you log in then it sort of resets and you'll get another after that no matter how many posts are made

I entered a competition which ended on dec 20th, and was really pleased there were only 4 entries! Really disappointed today to see they have extended the end date and now my chances of winning have really gone down. Are they allowed to do this?

How do you know local radio stations (I don't mean very popular ones). Can anyone please tell me what stations are in the North West except for key103, Galaxy fm, and Xfm?
