Question for you all please - how many competitions do you enter a week/month? I've seen some fantastic wins, congrats! I'm trying to enter as many as i can from the competitions forum, and have been doing for the last month. Nothing so far, and i'm not toooo suprised - am i on the right track for an eventual win?

    thanks all!

I think it depends a lot on what comps will be useful to you to be honest.. I enter probably between 200-400 a day (sometimes more but don't keep tabs)... some people wont enter that many because for example if you dont have kids you wont need to enter comps for toys/baby things etc.

I don't enter most holiday comps & I don't enter comps for tickets or anything that involves travel, so if you're someone that could find use out of all those comp prizes then theres literally hundreds of comps you can enter each day!! so everyone is different

PS: keep at it, you will get a win eventually. Even when you enter hundreds a day you still get weeks & weeks where you don't win a thing
Thanks to everyone that posts :T:money:

I hardly enter any compos (probably 5 the most a day) and so far as you've imagined I got no wins but I did win a TV bracket once. :)

When I do enter over 50 compos in a day I feel I wasted that time so I don't bother doing it again for a while. Anyway, the more you enter the more likely you'll win something obviously.

Good luck to all my fellow compers.

Comping is a hobby for most folks on here - like say golf or reading - you don't feel like its a waste of time if it is something you enjoy doing, you don't play a round of golf and feel you wasted the day do you?

If it is a chore don't do it - hence why I don't play golf ;)

    good luck all!

Hope you don't mind if i have a bit of a whinge...

But, i really wish companies wouldn't send me emails that get my hopes up....only for them to be cruelly dashed....!

I received an email the other day entitled 'Competition Winner', but when I got all excited and opened it, it was just notification that someone else had won a competition that i had entered. :(
    *Sigh*
