My sister in law ordered last Saturday. Her order has been showing as 'despatched' since Tuesday but nothing has arrived but today another email came in saying three items were now out of stock. Not sure if she's going to get anything.

Went to the mens section instore at the Arndale Centre in Manchester and pucked up a gorgeous white dress shirt with fine pleats on the front for £16.50, reduced from £55. Absolute bargain! Thanks OP!

If you are able to go into a store I think thats best, thats what I did. You have have a proper search through the rails and see what they have plus you can try the stuff on. Haven't been back for my second look but tempted to go and see if there are any shrugs.

I think it sounds like Monsoon have maybe been overwhelmed by orders on their website - common problem just now (look at Boots.com, disaster). I hope you all get your orders ok.

Me too - I had eleven things on my order, two were refunded yesterday but the order now shows as despatched so hopefully on it's way! My local store is quite small and didn't even stock the items I've ordered so I was quite happy to take my chances with the web site.:rolleyes:

Can I ask when you ordered?

I placed an order on monday & tuesday and still says 'processing order' an 'in process'.

Its says 3-5 days delivery on the website. Do you think I should ring them or give it till monday?
