  • My order status online says delivered, which is a bit worrying as it certainly has not been.

Mine still says processing and everything I've ordered is now out of stock so I really hope I don't get a cancellation email today :(

How long did it take for everyone else's order to be despatched? I ordered Tuesday 13th so it's been almost 48 hours now

  • THanks to this I had a look in Monsoon at YORK MOnks cross where I managed to get 2xBridesmaid cover up/shrugs in purple and my own (bride) one in ivory all for less than £35

Just need to check the colour is something like

Oh AND I couldnt resist a long almost oldschool sheepskin style coat in mid brown with toggle fastening and huge (faux) fur lined collar down from £95 to £28.50

I placed my order on the 12th, also says delivered but have just received an email to say item is out of stock and money will be refunded. Hope you are all luckier than I have been.

    Oh no! :(

My cc statement is now showing payment taken so assumed the order must be ok but now I've read your post I'm not so sure :o

    I got this dress instore

It's GORGEOUS! Lovely material. Shame I couldn't see any PETITE, I'm 5ft 3 (AND A HALF) and MAY have to get it taken up because it trails a smidge....may just get bigger heels.

I'd reccomend going instore, more variety of sizes.
I got that one too for my grad ball. It looks lovely on. Very flattering. I didn't think it'd suit me but was just trying on loads of dresses in my size.

I placed my order on the 13th and mine is still 'processing'. Am expecting an out of stock email soon now! :(

Not sure whether it's worth trying see if I can buy the same skirts in my local Monsoon tonight after work (late night shopping) or if I should hold my nerve?

If you're desperate for them I'd go and buy them after work. If the others turn up you can always get a refund.

Got an email saying that one of my skirts is out of stock and a refund will be processed to my card in 3 to 5 working days.

Not sure what's happening with the other skirt - tried to cancel my order. Both skirts are now showing as "despatched" which blatantly isn't true, because at least one of them has been cancelled and will be refunded.

In better news, I picked up both in store today. I might still have to return one, but at least I have some lovely new clothes! I don't think I'll ever try ordering online from Monsoon again - their web site doesn't seem very reliable.

That said, the customer service assistant I spoke to over the phone was really nice and my call was answered promptly. Can't fault their call centre!

Not a lot of skirts left in store, but loads of shrugs for about £12. Not sure how much longer the sale will last as it's really slim pickings now. Hope everyone's enjoying their Monsoon bargains! :D

Just had the majority of my order cancelled. I'm soooo disappointed :(
