The returns policy states that you can return goods that are not of satisfactory quality or not as described.

I was going to place an order that included items for family members, but if they don't like them I am worried that I won't be able to get a refund for that reason.

Anyone had any experience of returning items via post?

I was eyeing up a couple of skirts yesterday - £32.50 down from £66.10. £19.50 today. :D Bought them both and feel a bit guilty, but I haven't splurged on myself in a long time!

I'm not going to look at the web site again though, because I don't want to see them go even further down in price! :p
  • Stupidly it never occurred to me about the online Monsoon -(doh) -when I posted this, apologies for not checking that first. Doesn't seem to be as many sizes online but in the store I looked at there was still a good selection, East Kilbride. I am quite tempted to go back for another look especially their knitwear, glad you are all getting some good deals, as I said its lovely if you want a stunning dress/ top for a wedding or a night out and can't usually afford their prices. I never noticed the shoes when I was in, do all stores do shoes or just bigger ones? I was so excited about my dress bargain I never thought about shoes!:rotfl:

  • I love that dress, went instore today and they had loads of them :D
The Meadowhall one also had a fantastic wedding dress, £200 down to £60.
Quite a lot left, i could have spent a fortune...

I have just had a mail saying 3 of the things I ordered have been refunded - typical it is all the things for me lol, and everything for my son is still ok - serves me right for trying to treat myself!

Picked up some nice accessories for a friend's wedding today; cream fascinator £15 reduced to £4.50ish, bronze clutch bag £20 reduced to £6, cream shrug £12 (can't remember full price!) and silky peony pin £2.40. Did buy a dress too but sadly it didn't fit so will have to take it back on Friday and have a look for another (oh what a shame!! LOL)

Hate it when that happens, it's such a let down.
Well lets hope its not going to happen to many more peoples orders.

I was looking for things for my baby in the next size up to put by so put baby boy in the search box then did lowest price first. Tops were £4.80 and trousers £5.40. They had some lovely girls things as well with dresses at £7.20. They didn't have the jeans I wanted but I managed to get some trousers and tops for when his current wardrobe of Monsoon sale things is too small.
