Hmmm shame interest rates aren't higher.....(slthough they're not bad in my offset mortgage)...so £3700 delayed for two months at 1.95%...interest lost please? :rotfl::rotfl:

It was a really striking bunch of flowers ...pink roses, crimson canna lilies, green chrysanths.....and some really brillo green flowers I've never seen before that look like brain segments on sticks :eek:

ooh J has just rung..(from the insurance company)....such a NICE boy... (we've been playing telephone tag this pm.....i've been leaving messages for him with his female co-workers, telling them how lovely he is and how lucky theyr are etc etc...;).) .He is now absolutely chuffed to bits that I have enhanced his "rating" with his colleagues by 250%......and apparently my phone calls/messages this afternoon have made his weekend....so i call that a win/win :T:T

Yep you're right! My only excuse is that i broke my cardinal rule for the first time ever and opened a bottle of wine (well) before 6pm.....as Numpty will testify....apparently I only ring him when I've opened a bottle! .
