Does anybody have any ideas for recycling Denim jeans? I have lots of pairs that aren't good enough to go to the charity shop, and I don't want to just chuck them in the rag bin?0

Poppygirl what about making a quilt? The ones with frayed seams look really good. If you look on utube at denim patchwork quilts some should come up.Karma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000

I've seen them turned into cushions with the back pockets kept to pop things into.
Cut them to fit a notice-board?
Have also seen where a leg is cut in half & cut open & then stitched to the front of the jean which has been unpicked from the back & from the legs to make a gardening apron.0
