Since getting home I have emptied the DW and put stuff away, cleaned the filters and seals, and bunged in some soda crystals on a hot wash to clean it out!

I have also cleaned the fronts of all my appliances & emptied the kitchen bin (bin day tomorrow).

Before I go to bed I need to decant my chicken stock from the SC into plastic pots, ready to go in the freezer tomorrow (I'm going to have to switch the outside freezer on tomorrow, so may need to do either a massive shop OR a massive cook OR both :D

Despite not leaving work until after 7 I still managed to stick to my macaw - arrived at the gym, threw on my gym kit and rushed into the class just after it had started ... to discover it wasn't the normal instructor. Good think I didn't know or I'd have used it as an excuse not to go! So have had an hour of stretching before getting home.

Have also had my daily exercises emailed to me, so no excuse not to do those anymore...:o Must start tonight

I have also managed to eat relatively healthily today:

Breakfast - fruit juice, porridge with half an apple, linseed & honey
Lunch - lettuce, tomato, chicken & millet; clementine
Afternoon top-up :D - plain yogurt with half and apple
Supper - scrambled egg (3 eggs & half fat creme fraiche); clementine (couldn't be bothered to do veggies at 9.30!)

Am having MASSIVE chocolate/sugar/alcohol cravings (not sure which, ANY of them would do :p ) but I won't give in... Maybe I should do a few more jobs before bed to distract myself.

And I've realised the problem with all this going to they gym... more laundry :rotfl: :rotfl:

Will post my updated list later... or tomorrow morning, depending on how I get on!

I'm going to join you in that kind of flying Triker. Shall we call it a HHC 11.20 - 11.50? Anyone else in?
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D
  • Right thats it, enough ironing for tonight. Still got loads more to do, but if I work through it all I can have a great big clear out of clothes. DD2 is worse culprit, clings on to clothes that are to small/short, has nothing in her draws, wardrobe all on floor and chair, in everyones rooms etc..
Would love to join in G&T but only have vodka....and coke, that will do. Chin chin

DW now sparkly inside... and reloaded with whatever was lying about that I could get away with putting in it.

Stock decanted and in fridge. SC in DW. Bones & gunk in bin. Kettle on for hot water bottles, so will be off to bed soon.

List made for tomorrow... catch up on flying, plus roast veggies, make veg soup, make turnip soup, make fish pie mix (or at least some of them). Also go to they gym @ 10ish & Pilates @ 11. And do the school paperwork that I've got the day off for
