    Afternoon all,

I haven't caught up so hope all is well.

    HHC 1.30-2.00? anyone
  • I'm not on facebook or yahoo so am in the same boat as Mudbath and Pollybear. It's only my 3rd day on this thread and don't want to feel I can't post. Still waiting to get home to put slow cooker on and empty dw. At this rate we won't be having anything for tea!! Or at least it'll be about midnight before we do! My kids are always on at me to get on facebook (supposedly I'm so 'out of touch'!) but can hardly cope with reading all these posts and lurking on others to start all that malarky.

Forgot to add 2 more to my lists this morning that I did which was empty bin (I know your thinking 'big deal'!) and sorting out recycling. It's hard enough on a morning to shift myself from the sofa and another cup of coffee always seems to be calling me. Even watched Trinny and Susannah though I was de-cluttering living room at the same time. x

    Hi again
Well that was a productive hour or so, all dried clothes either ironed and put away or folded and put away so very very very pleased :T :T.
Whats all this about too much chat and not enough flying ? I have got to say I don't have much time to post/read, but I enjoy the chatty posts I get to look at when I have a chance :). I suppose if it is keeping people from flying then thats not so good, but we all need a bit of chat....all flying and no playing maketh a dull flylady!
Anyway, not sure if I have missed the main part of the discussion on this, so ignore me if I have picked it up wrong.
Will update list later, off to clean lunch debris and think about thank you card making.
    ta-ra.

ETA, I have just read Pigpens update, and I still think what I said before I read it rings true. Chat combined with flying (fly-chat ?) is great but I suppose if there is too much 'chat' then it might not be so productive.

I have flu so rang my manager yesterday to let her know I couldnt' teach but she made me go in to sort some admin out. So I did that this morning then carried out a major piece of decluttering by telling the big boss that i'm resigning.

Oooh feel a lot better now.................. ;-) Hope I left enough germs in the office............

Wow well done you! That is impressive decluttering :D

I'm on to badge number 2 but sewing badge number 3. Was really chuffed I'd finished one...then realised I'd sewn it on the back  Talk about annoying!

Um, going to do that and then possibly attempt the lounge.
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

The list is looking quite good. Not worried about completing anything else on the list other than paying the bills, arrange fire safety visit & doing thank you notes. Think I'll get on with those now.

My MACAW for this week... eat better!! 3 meals a day, no snacking, no junk food!

HMMMMMMM nothing to cross off and yet I havent stopped lol.
Living room floor didnt get cleared, I hung out 2 loads of washing and tried to find the floor in the kids room. On finding the floor I proceeded to hoover up all the squashed in crisps and biscuits and muck and mud!

How do they make sooo much mess when they hardly ever play in there???
