Pollybear - i'm not on facebook or yahoo either so we'll keep each other company over here.

Nearly forgot - my MACAW of the day - everytime I post i will pass on a tip to help people declutter/tidy thus making all my posts relelvant. Anyone else have any tips they can share???

Tip of this post - most of you are sitting at your computer desk reading this...pick up five things from the desk that shouldn't be there and rehome them (if you're on your laptop then you don't get away from it....pick up five things from nearby and rehome!!!).

I'm off to rehome five things xx

I completly understand about the 'less chatting' point and this does come up a couple of times a year. However (you knew there would be a however:rotfl: ) from a personal point of view it's the chat and support that's kept me going over the past year (especially the last five weeks). I wouldn't be doing anywhere near as much flying right now without everyones support. steady and becareful but i'll get it done!!

Here here, the chat and support has kept me going to.

Mmmm now what have I done...... decluttered a cheese sarnie and cleared some of the stairs, ok ONE stair :rotfl:but I did deal with the stuff on the stair rather than merely move it elsewhere to be sorted later :p

    And Mudbath... SLOW down!

Oh yeah and had you noticed that even Pigpen is taking post 1 literally!!! Not posted all morning, must have scared herself off!!!1!!

    Monday - living room/hall/stairs
    Level One

    Level Two
Vacuum the cleared floors and under furniture if you can move it safely!
Sort through the drawer or cupboard that you stuff junk in!

AnW'smum - i'm 'resting' now. Actually my next plan is to phone up a few banks and sort out a new mortgage. This will declutter at two large piles of paperwork which is all over the back of my sofa - all the deals i've been looking at for the last few months.

Tip of the post: You know those five things you decluttered from your desk....time for another five. Isn't your desk looking better already! xx

Mudbath - the only christmas clutter I have is edible so it is staying where it is but I like the de-clutter of the day idea. You could do timed 27 fling boogies as well?

I have been out for a run, need to find something for lunch and then crack on with the snug. About half done now, but too much stuff is on the stairs waiting to be put away. I also have the very dull job of putting all of the cd's back in the right boxes. Why does no one else put them away correctly? Made them do all the dvd's on Saturday too.

I'm not on facebook and don't intend to go on it either. DH was trying to set it up yesterday and it all looked far too complicated :D
