Evening all
I'm back in this week, please.
It's really, really helped - even if I did run out of steam towards the end of the week (low batteries, must get rechargeables!)
Another breadmaker question...I've got a Morphy Richards (which I haven't used for ages). The instructions say to use 7/8 cup of flour - I've lost the bl00dy cup
. Anybody know what the equivalent weights are, please?
Will be back to post for tomorrow...Poor and content is rich enough!0 -

Ironing all done for the week now.
Just going to have 10 minutes on some other boards and then head up, set the teasmaid and put some washing in the airer.

I need to go to bed now - I am determined to read some of my book this week instead of going up to bed too late and going straight to sleep

Small exams where I am on my own I create mental to-do-lists/meal plans/garden plans/reread the rule book - handy last year when a call came over the radio that somebody had puked all over their exam paper and knew which page and paragraph the response was on :rotfl:
Thats too funny!:rotfl:0 -
Night froddington and Dustykitten
Does anyone know if I can put neat stardrops on my oven door and leave it overnight then hope it wipes off in the morning?
Because I have.
My oven door is gross and will definitely need something overnight because everyone says stardrops just wipes the dirt from oven doors and I tried wiping it and the sponge went brown but the door looked no cleaner
ETA the oven isn't warm - would it help if I warmed it up a bit? Obviously with the stardrops on or I'd have to wipe it off and re-apply it and it's too late to mess about doing that!"I married beneath me, all women do." - Nancy Astor 1879-1964
