If you don't know what samknows is for, why did you post this?

Signed up my mum for Christmas after finding them on this site. Also they were the one company who could discuss options AND tested the line before telling me how long the set up would be.
Once signed up, offer great support service, so signed up myself. Are based in Sheffield, and can understand queries from the least technical people! (my mum!)
They've already passed on the cut in VAT (still waiting for my previous provider)
If you sign up via Quidco they are also offering cash back up to £56. (may depend on package type).
I've taken the basic package, and its better and faster than my previous supplier.

before this topic become a huge arguement.

Thinkbroadband = compare ISP customer service, speed, relibility, etc.
samknows = what infastures are in your own exchange. Hence why Ultilitywarehouse is not in it.

I've just read the Which? report on phone and internet bundles and Utility Warehouse came out as a best buy with a 77% overall satisfaction rating, Sky came second with 58% and Talk Talk third with 56%.
    The rest were:
    Tiscali 48%
    Virgin Media 48%
    Orange 46%
    BT 46%
The total sample size was 2469, the total respondents for UW were 34. The others were only in the 100's.
That gum you like is coming back in style.
