hello across Dorset DC
Good to see you back.
I was just readingyour thread and thought i'd re-count my one and only experience with a sealant gun many years ago.
I decided to do around thebath - bought the stuff and a gun.
It decided to leak as I pressed the trigger.......all over my hands....not a good time to realise I had bought brown sealant......when I wanted clear.........and had a blue suite......
it took many, many scrubbings of my hands to get the stuff off, I was covered - so was the shampoo bottle I was liberally splashing all over my hands!!
We had a brown corner of the bathroom for years because it had set by the time I got cleaned up :rotfl:"Stay Wonky":D

BB - Love your sig....I'm glad you have posted your adventures with a sealant gun after my attempt ! But at least you had a go ! I see they now sell a pink gun for some reason ? I have to say I now have three different cannisters and am rather proud of my efforts around the kitchen sink and filling gaps in door frames before painting. May well re attempt the bathroom...
It is a relief knowing everyone is paid. But I had notification that the interest rate on my Marbles card is hitting 38.92% this month. I've had this card for 9 years, and it is the bain of my life. I can't BT anywhere because I was silly/lazy/unmotivated/took my eye of the prize over Xmas and made late payments on two cards. Really am going to have to grin and bear it for a while. It was my target for the payment a day challenge.
It will be gone. The fact my DFD has now been pushed back to May 2014 is enough to spur me on.
Thanks for your continuing comments, it really helps me.DC.
