I've decided to add a little scalloped trim around the edge of the round one so it will be a better match for the ripple one. I'll put another photo on when I'm done.

its similar to one in blanket by Artydoll...with raised bobbles
Rnd 2: Ch 3, * (dc, ch2, dc) in next st, dc in next st, 5-dc PC in next st, dc in next st; repeat from * around. Enddc in top of last row PC, PC, repeat from * around. End last repeat with sl st in top of beg ch-3.

Rnd 3: Ch 3, 4 dc in same sp for PC, dc in next st, * (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in next space, dc in next st, PC in next st,
not come accross PC before?

I think the pc means popcorn - that's what the bobbles in the square are called.0
