Beautiful Bunting Dizzy! Love the little pompoms.
This is lovelyCracked it, after lots of swearing, unravelling and restarting
The sides are almost straight

Ooo didnt know there was a crochet thread too!!
Hello... I have been crocheting since, well forever! My nana taught me to knit and crochet when I was very young. I have always knitted but the crochet, though I love it, I have never been able to follow a pattern. I obviously know all the stitches I just have no idea what they are called or how to follow a pattern! I have been looking on youtube and now I learn that there are USA and UK terms and both are different!!! Argh! Any advice at all would be appreciated! Its so much more 'portable' than knitting and I am sure its faster too!!
Same stitch just different terms. I learned from watching american people on you tube, so my DC is what the UK use as a SC, thier are only one or two that confuse me. I find if u are using a pattern of the other (for me UK) i stick a little post it on to say what i should be doing. i check all new parts of the pattern before i start anmd make sure i know what it is i am looking gto be doing

Really lovely makes, love the bunting and the ripple blanket, the colours are so bright. I finally finished the blanket for my daughter. Card making got in the way of my crochet but have decided to give up the cardmaking for a while and do other crafts instead which are less messy and don't take up so much room.

It is a beautiful heather purple and the cream has purple flecks in it. It is done in the v stitch, which was nice and easy to do.0 -
