I updated mine too, but nothing happened

Thanks for that deefadog. A few days ago I added to the Q&A's (post #2):

    Q. How do I provide information for a chart update?
There are 3 ways of providing an update, with '1' being the preferred method.
    1. Google Docs chart update form:
Link: Google Docs chart update form.

This has a benefit over private messages (PMs) as an update via the above form won't fill up our private message box. Using this update form does not update any chart directly, but instead goes to a "holding" chart so the information can first be checked. Values entered other than as we approach a chart date or the challenge start may be disregarded.

plus I've added a smaller but similar comment to post #4 (Chart update schedule) and the chart update form itself.

You asked this yesterday too
Hi Deefadog, does this help - at the top of the form it says,

"This form can be used to give us a mortgage balance update instead of sending a personal message. Values entered here do not directly update a chart."

    Financial Bliss.

    Morning All,

#85 checking in with a landmark (if a bit pathetic) update. This has become stupidly addictive - to the point of counting the days until the mortgage has gone - we broke through the 400 barrier today which I thought was worthy of sharing. Here's to the next 399 24-hour periods....

    Cheers,

    Billy

    This is great Billy :j

Oooooh, shall I add a new column to my spreadsheet

Can someone explain to me what is pathetic about knowing how many days till the mortgage is paid off

Just worked mine out :( 2100 days _pale_. Now that IS pathetic :o
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

  • hi all 146 checking in.......I have thought long and hard about this challenge and know realistically it is a long shot. Saying that we'll give it our best shot.

Mortgage stands at approx 235k, will update with exact figure soon. Am looking to reduce it by a minimum 75k in the next 3 years.
    Goodluck everyone xx

#85 back again! Mortgage, after £1,800 overpayment today, is down to £34,125. On course for the starting figure of £31,500 on 12/12/09 so all is rosy in the garden!
