I wanted to do it early because it now begins with a 5
Keep chipping away at it. You will get there in the end. I cashed in my endowment last year. Best thing I ever did but it might not be for everyone.

Still waiting for mine too (although the one from our buy to let property arrived at the end of Jan....) Last year it (our home's one) arrived in MArch - that's what prompted me to start my MFW diary

Evening everyone - Just wondering when the next update is please. Is it March?
If so then our current mortgage balance should now be £44937 but we have a virtual amount sitting in a savings account of £733 to pay off in a about three months time when it reaches £1000.
Hoping to get the blinking thing paid off in about 5 years time with the help of our awful endowment policy and this challenge.
Good luck everyone.Mortgage Free in 3 part 2 challenge - pay off £9000
Sealed Pot Challenge 416 - target £5000
