  • I’ve had a PM from a member of the Mortgage Free in Three – Take 2 (MFiT-T2) challenge indicating that they would like to drop out of the challenge.

Not normally very exciting news, except that the challenger hasn’t recorded any payments during the challenge to date, thus I could remove the challenger to create a free slot and it wouldn’t effect the chart stats.

In other words, there’s a free space going.

We had a 12 month registration period, then this was locked down, and we are nearly 1 year into the challenge, so it’s a rare opportunity to get a foot in the door for the remaining 2 years…

Is there anyone interested in taking up a longer challenge?

First one to post a reply in the MFiT-T2 challenge thread can have the free slot:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1402631

Please don’t PM me. Want to make it public and visible to all that I’m being fair in a first come / first served basis.

    Thanks,
    Financial Bliss.

Just mde my first symbolic overpayment of £99 to bring my mortgage from £183,999 to £183,900

Woohoo!! But what a palaver getting it set up, as the mortgage repayment comes from one account (DH's) and I am overpaying from another account!! (Same Bank as Mortgage but you would think thye were on different planets!!!)

FinancialBliss can you amend my initial amount from 183500 to 183999? :o

    Thanks!
