Unfortunately it looks like we won't be back on track by the end of the year as orginally predicted. Due to a few extra expenses, I will need to reduce the payment in the ISA for December. This will mean that we should still reach target for one quater by the December update, but will not have reduced mortgage/increase ISA by enough to cover the shortfall from previous quaters.

The good news is that the mortgage balance will hopefully fall below £20K and the net balance will hopefully fall below £15.5K. Fingers crossed.

Feeling a bit skint this month. I was hoping that we would finally finish the house renovations by the end of the year but I doubt it's going to happen now. I'm setting the 27th May as our deadline as it is 6 years after we moved in. I'm so looking forward to the house being finished and not having tool boxes and bags of plaster lying around- GAH!
Mortgage payment front: I have continued to pay my normal overpayments so it's only the savings which are taking a hammering. I shall do a signature update now. I'm not sure whther I will actually be green in the next update though?
Well done those who have broken the next barrier and well done Billy on clearing your mortgage. I'm not jealous, I'm not jealous *Kaz wanders away muttering under her breath* :D

ETA: Just worked out that I'm £446.42 behind target at this stage. I think that this will even out over a short while though. Obviously we have the 2 months council tax free and rates free coming up. I had also allowed for interest reducing. Obviously as more is cleared, I will pay less interest. Phew, wipes away cold sweat :)
    Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.
    MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.
    2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.

Black Taxi - many congratulations. Getting through those 10k barriers is great fun. Jock, can't wait for you to push through that £20k marker - fantastic effort.
