No 95 I've updated via google docs.
Judging from achieving the same target over last year, which was our first year of this mortgage, our estimate is that the target is achieved. I'll be able to give the exact state of play in Late October.:)No longer half of Optimisticpair

I've not spotted that come through on the updates sheet that it should write to. Could you have another go when you get a moment.
Thanks,

Hi there FB,
This is No. 73 checking in...
Just submitted my update via Googledocs. For the record my mortgage now stands at £47,430 against the opening balance of £59,000, so I'm on track so far.
Best wishes,

Hello all!
Great to see people have already updated, but I need to wait until the payment for this month and the automatic overpayment of £250 have gone in before I do so. Fingers crossed that it is enough to get the required percentage!
(Fingers crossed also that we get our first choice of secondary school this morning, but that's another matter!)
Best wishes to everyone

#85 checking in at the 25% mark as at today. Original balance of £31,500 is now £23,625. Thanks to everyone for keeping the motivation up as I would have slipped behind already is it hadn't been for the shame of not meeting my stated MFiT2 number!!
Cheers,

Number 6 updated via GoogleDocs. I was going to leave it until the mortgage payment comes out on Friday, but I'm spending £7k of the offset on a car tomorrow, so thought I'd better strike now while it doesn't look too bad

Hi Guys
SO leaving my account today for £120 OP bringing total OP's for the 1st target to £1979.00 (Damn I should have rounded it up!). Am currently ahead of target but only because I used a portion of my bonus in late December to make an OP - things will slow down over the next couple of months.
Original Bal was £45490.41, Balance now at £42936.42 = £2553.99 reduction
Shall update via Googledocs
Well done everyone else!0 -
