Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -

So can I ask you one question, please be honest:
"do you agree with the principles within CAG, i.e. that they are there to try and avoid payment by realising flaws in laws"? Or is that morally against your values, in totality?
Your views would be appreciated Mr P.
However, maybe a "fresh" approach is needed - some re-education, a different point of view rather than just following the lead of the biggest gob on the forum.

Everyone is after a quick buck, it just depends how quick and how big. When the pressure is on (ie this financial climate) desperate measures are needed.
How desperate are the banks getting lately - there are trying to stop people from coming out off their fixed rate mortgages and onto a lower one - but it's ok to finish a fixed rate and go on to a higher one though...?? Oh yes..0 -
Saw that agreement upload. I think all the red paint spilliage would void it though wouldn't it? :-/

hahaah - silly sod.
the point is that Cap1 send applications that act as CCA at the same time so they are different, thats why most of cap1 claims are lost by them and won by the consumer (claimant)!2010 - year of the troll

you've made yourself look like a wan-ker by volunteering that comment
Some of the comments he made to people who did not even speak to him were totally unacceptable and were not called for, like telling people that they don't deserve to have children just because they didn't agree with his opinion. Interesting that you chose not to see his attacks on other people. *wink*
I think only one person came out of that looking like a wan-ker & it certainly wasn't me, though your unfaultering support for someone you didn't even know because you didn't join until after he left is most admirable, if not predictable seeing as you are a little better aquainted than you make out.0 -
