I believe the theory is that it is CCAs (Consumer Credit Agreements) issued prior to April 2007 that could possibly be deemed unenforceable.0

Many thanks, I wasn't expecting a grammar lesson (or is that gramma?) but an added bonus!
A company has carried out a free assessment & my case has come up as 'A' which I understand means I'm in with a shout. The figures I quoted were for the ongoing action (sorry if I misled you (or, mislead?), spelling not my strong point either!))
Many thanks for the threads & advice

Sorry, I couldn't resist the grammar lesson! :-)
If you do go ahead with this, please ensure you post back and let us know, whether it's good or bad. But I hope you'll read the threads linked to above, so you have all the facts first. You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0 -
good luck with it. I would still shop around, the % of debt written off charged sounds a bit steep - some companies do not charge this. Be interested to hear how it goes.0

These threads are so boring.0

I'd like to start with my opinion... "you're" means you are.
The word you want here is "your", meaning belonging to you.
I am often tempted to correct spelling/grammar.
I often manage to resist temptation.
e.g.s
I wanted them to borrow me some money.
Has anyone got any advise.
I would advice you not to do it.
Can I lend your pen?
Perhaps we should have a thread in the MSE arms about it................................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0 -

I was watching Gladiators last night, and heard this shocking language:
Contestant: Which gladiator did that?
Host: It was Raven what done that.

I blame the Americans.
They're the ones who have changed perfectly good words like 'burgled' to 'burglarized' (NB the z as well). Naughty Americans, responsible for so very many things these days.
