Maz, have you tried to cut down on your bread intake. I find I have a slight intollerance to wheat in bread and if I cut it out and replace with pasta rice I loose so much more weight. Might be worth a try insted of cutting down all carbs

    i like bread....!

although i think i do have an intolerance to some breads... if i have a Subway (never these days as makes me ill) but the 2-3 times i have had them i found the bread to be doughy and gave me really really bad abdo pain... and wind (probably hence the pain) sorry if TMI!

i have bread every day... and i think i actually crave it. so maybe i do need to cut it out....

I have read somewhere that if you have a slight intolerance to something you can get cravings for it:confused: . My Dad was like that with milk until he switched to goats milk...

And Subway bread is rank - its full of sweeteners and preservatives - bleugh!!!

I wonder if he'll be more gutted about his records or relieved about his !!!!!! :rotfl: or more distressed that you found his !!!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

definitely the records will be a bit heartwrenching. He built up the collection when he was an apprentice in the early - mid 80s and there is loads of singles and vinyls, just loads of it. I would say 80% is dry, 10 % is damp/cover is saveable and 10% where the covers are just falling off with water.

I think he might be a bit embarrassed about the amount of the !!!!!! collection, I'm wondering if he is storing it for someone or something, there must be 50 DVDs!!! God knows when or where he got it from, it's all dated 2006 so after we split, and seems to be mostly from 1 company........might have to have a looky see before he gets back at any that take my fancy to borrow :rotfl: (of course, it's not something I ever view, obviously ;) )
