Just don't confirm any security details at all, they can't discuss it at all if you do not confirm who you are etc! and if they discuss it anyway, then you have evidence that they have broken the data protection act by discussing it despite not being certain of who they are speaking to.

I have a similar problem with Barclays/Mercers, only it is by letter as I changed my phone number months ago so no creditors have my telephone number. I just told them to go ahead and waste their money because they won't be getting anything back anyway!
