It's always good to have to have somone local (to me anyway) joining the board. I totally agree about Speke, It looked like it was closing down when I was there earlier in the week. There were so many empty shelves. I hope they are going to fill them with sale goods, ready for next week.:j :j I haven't managed to get to the Aintree one yet.

Glad it's useful Sandra. I once asked an Estee Lauder consultant and she had no idea herself. I think it makes more sense by putting an expiry or best before date as many other countries do. Afterall there're chemicals in these products and they do change with time.
As the article says, all products do have a shelf life especially skincare products that contains preservatives or "all natural" products that contain plant-derived ingrediants. Eye care products have even shorter shelf life and items like mascaras are recommended to be replace 3 months after purchase. And normally a beauty product should be used within 3 years after leaving factory.
Don't kill me if you find lots of expired products in your stash though :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Known her for years, and she was widowed a few years back, and as her family live a distance away, her days could be very lonely. But she finds Bootsing so exciting!
Alas, she cannot calculate the 10% off for over 60s on No 7s, and what will take your spend up to the magic fiver, but what I give in that field, and by providing the 2 for 1 foodie vouchers, she gives back to me in a wonderful, loving and happy friendship. :A
And the best thing is that every single time we go out, we have a Great Laugh! Nobody said you had to hand in your sense of humour when you received your bus pass! :rotfl:

and i don't mean bootsing!

Hiya,
Fort had one Olay GWP on the shelf when I was in tonight. Maybe they had more hidden somewhere, but that was the only one on the shelf tonight I am afraid. HTH.
Ah, well you have saved me a trip to E.K if no sachets. Looks like i am gonna be hitting the town in the hunt for sachets as nowhere in Lanarkshire does seem to have them.
i managed to get 5 saches in the hamilton branch (in the centre - not the retail park) on tuesday...and i left some! but that is the only place i have seen any and i've been in ek/ek retail park/bellshill/both hamilton branches and fort!!And truth be told I miss you...And truth be told I'm lying0 -
Happy little shop today!
Checked out Ramsgate Boots for pantene sachets and they had 5 in stock so snapped those up, also a full-size pantene strengthening lotion on clearance for £1. Nicest 600 points ever and my lovely sa was most impressed.
Then used two blinkies to get a free No 7 intelligent balance night fluid and day fluid, both reduced to £4.
Just wish I'd had points vouchers to redeem too but never mind.2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -
Can I ask a question?
I am trying to boost my points before Wednesday so that I can pay for my bargains using points rather than cash.
I have read about the Pantene points but are there any others available, maybe in the acm machine that I could also use as a boost?Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -

vickster*arsenal wrote: »Hi all, I would also like some clarification about the R&M points...I saw a poster in store yesterday that said 500 points wyb 2 products from Ruby & Millie, Urban Decay, Urban Retreat (and possibly Jemma Kidd??) and I'm sure it said it ended 27/01/09.
I bought an Urban Decay Eye Pencil and a Ruby & Millie nail varnish, and didn't get the extra points, although I didn't realise until I got home. Was going to phone CS to check, but thought I'd check with you guys first.
Can anyone help???
I saw the Urban Decay and Urban Retreat offer but nothing for R&M. It also said you could mix & match across the range, it's really baffling0 -
Hello.
I have extremely greasy skin (just coming out of the teenage spots phase) and the No7 Intelligent Balance Night Fluid actually agrees with my skin! (This really is a miracle.)
Can anybody in Stockport please tell me if they've seen it reduced in the Merseyway Boots (I only saw it at full price) or in the Peel Centre? Also, does anyone know if it will be replaced as in same stuff, different packaging or is No 7 off on that "New and Improved" rubbish?!
Thank you0
