Oooooh that's very interesting about the store changes and sale stock. Thanks! I wish they'd do something about the R & M stand behind the lovely sparkly Urban Decay stand. What is it about R & M that makes people want to test it, even though it's not a tester? I've bought stuff from there before & got it home, only to find that it's been tested or the brushes nicked etc. Tut Tut. :mad: Couldn't find one decent thing to buy today with my blinkie and 500 pointer. Grrrr.
Loving the descriptions of you and your young brood, aside from the "plank" comment! Lol. You'd be easy to spot, but can't say I did see you today. hi everyone
im a newbie,be gentle with me please!! ive been a lurker and an apprentice bootser for a few wks now,getting very addictive i must say but havent had the guts to write a post,not sayin you are all scarey but you all seem so clever at bootsing that i felt a bit nervous joining in,anyway,ive had a couple of malibu and cokes...hic!! so im feeling brave!!!!
i have a few questions for you. what does ootw stand for and today i bought some reduced no7 pore refining lotion stuff using a blinkie, paying 60 odd pence but the sa wouldnt give me another blinkie,is that right?.and if it isnt right can i take my receipt in and ask for one or ring cs? oh and also what xmas no17 gift sets have the magic points coupons in them?

ootw = offer of the week. It was before xmas when they had a different gift set half price each week. And you normally only get another blinkie when you spend over £5 so if your redeeming one as well it needs to total over £10 before they knock the blinkie off. Not too sure which sets have the vouchers in, most seem to have been rifled through before you buy them and their only scanning at the 250 points now not the magic 500. I wish Id used mine up on wednesday instead of saving them for weekend! HTH and welcome to the forum. I only recently started posting and their not a scary lot, no-one seems to bite!

ootw = Offer Of The Week, these were brilliant special half price and 342 offers before xmas - don't know if they will ever come back
The SA was right, you have to spend £5 after any vouchers. It will say on your receipt 'paper earn uk' if you were supposed to get one. Sometimes they do forget to give you one and you have to gently prompt them.
17 - The bronzing kit has 100 points wys £5, lipgloss set has same
The 'magic' point coupons were No.7, 250 points, sometimes scanning as 500. Might no longer be working, but were found in variety of sets. I don't think there was any one set they were definitely in. hth

Try putting 99 items in your basket. It should tell you how many items are left in stock or if there is a restriction on purchases over a certain number. HTH.

Hi,
put 99 into your basket, if there are that many or more it will let you, if there are less it will say 'sorry limited stock' and only put in your basket the amount they have.hth
