    Your mum's not playing fair if she's got two :rotfl:

    Forgot to add, yesterday I bought a snuggly cardi for 3.50! I'm wearing it now and my cherry pink thermals don't show through at all....

  • Good Morning All,

    Today I have done/will do
    • Daily scratchcard
    • Check online banking
    • Collect bookcase & coffee table from lovely Freecyle person :j
    • Washing at 30
    • Continue making my rag rug
    • Got a MS job for this evening
    Other than the above, will be having a lovely soak in the bath and general pottering around at home today.

    Sophiesmum - I've not seen Mama Mia either.

    Pipsmum - I agree with fayjmck re Arnica - worked a treat for me and my sis. (I also used Lavender and Jasmine blended with sweet almond oil on the perenium (sp?) area which I believe helped to prevent me from having stitches, my son was a large baby - so if tmi.

    I hope you all have a beautiful day.
    I won't buy it if I can make or borrow it instead

  • Hi all - no free parking at work today so got the bus in costing £1.10. Will be walking back home tonight so I save £1.10 by doing that;
    Will comp a bit later - no wins yet for 2009 so I'm hoping my luck is in with a wii or another holiday:D
    Will check Pigsback for points - had a look at Quidco last night and I should be getting £20 soon as I'm just below the limit for payment and have a Gocompare £2 to validate soon;
    Remembered to bring in some Pepsi Max from the fridge so don't have to buy anything in the canteen (20p as opposed to 65p)

    But....................blinking lounge light exploded when I tried to turn it on today. It had fused, but when I flicked it back on, there was no sign of life. Will be buying 6 bulbs so that I can replace them all and see if those work, but there's no sound of anything broken inside them so it's likely to be something else gone inside. Oh well, I fancied a new light fitting anyway.
    Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
