Returning a Blu ray DVD to Tescos

It was an xmas present for a relative - it turns out they don't have a Blu Ray DVD reader - only discovered once we'd opened the packaging and tried to play the DVD! I'm really annoyed. I spend thousands with Tescos every year and I'm a share holder and I think the customer service has gone to shreads.

Does anyone know how I can get satisfaction this ? :mad:

sell your shares, and drop the board a letter letting them know why.

my own personal experience of these "disc policies" is asda wouldnt have treated you that way.

but think how many other customers they have stiffed with this policy to line your pocket tho, before taking my advice.:rolleyes:
