Hello everyone, hope you all had a good weekend. Last night I signed up to Qype - managed to do 2x first review - so 40 points so far. I read about Qype on this thread - sorry forgot the name of the lady who kindly provided all the essential info - THANK YOU. The Virgin promotion is gone now so i am wondering - I will keep writing reviews, collect points and then? Can you explain please?
Hold fie with the reviews at the mo as your doing them for nothing
So far, I understand that if I collect 250 points I will become a Qype insider (also receive a goody box), 1000 points - qype Ninja (some rewards there).
Tecnically yes you would be a ninja if you get to 250 points, but when you look at the terms and conditions to qualify for the ninja etc you had to be registered by Nov 08, so any points you earn wont count towards the rewards, as they are in the process of updateing the rewards programme.

As they did an Amazon voucher b4 xmas and they have just done the virgin one, I'm putting 2 + 2 together, but Im guessing that they will be doing another voucher, so it may be worth holding on, but checking the site, or this thread as one of us will put on the info.

Also thinking about other ways to provide extra income as I am not sure if I still have my job by the end of next month - extremely worried. So I am trying to think of ways how to save money and make some extra - just in case...Thankgoodness for you all and the rest of MSE community.
And so for the first date in the diary (again big thanks to Mel) - Valentine's day - I think a card and a cuddle will have to do...

Sorry to hear about your job, keep fingers crossed for you. xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

mum2one - thank you for the explanation, very helpful :T and thank you for kind words. As I am having a compulsory day off today I did more reviews, 100 points now - hooray :j - even though it's not generating extra income, it's quite a good fun. Going to work tomorrow, really dreading it, the not knowing is the worst part. But hey - at least I am healthy enough to work and hopefully make some provisions for at least near future. And there is the x-mas to start thinking about - naughty me - haven't got a single present yet. However, I did get plenty of wrapping paper from halfcost (again thanks to the lady who posted on here about halfcost and the ff code). MSE forum is wonderful!!! Good day to everyone.

  • GZ JS! Do something with it that'll make you feel good!

I hope every thing turns out good for you tomorrow aurora, will be thinking of you.

Incase anyone's doing an online order with boots & are planning to use a code, they arent working! however, if you ring CS after your orders been delivered & say it didnt work they will do it manually - HOWEVER, I got asked where I got the code from, luckily the op of it had put it was from a flyer before christmas so I said that, CS was fine with it, maybe if I said anything other than the original source they may have refused it?!

  • Which mag was it Jammie? had a look & couldnt find it. Anyone else notice the strange woman at about 37secs in, think she wanted her 3 seconds of fame before being shoo'd off.

I'm hoping it'll just be over the next couple of weeks, bunbun, from what I've been reading the codes have been well used & rather abused lately.
