I know I didn't really need them ......but whilst I was looking at nice cards in WHSmith sale, a woman came up behind me & said Semi Chem are selling cards for 9p.....so hotfooted it and bought 2 packs of cute kitten cards( will do for dd2 to hand out) for 18p.

My OH is in Australia and am seriously missing him....5 more weeks to go boohoo! He just laughs when I told him his mothers gift was all bought & wrapped!!

It is sooooo nice to be enthusiastic about Christmas all year isn't it.......instead of being thought of as a bit daft.

thanks for that PLM and happy rudolph day to everyone!
I am very impressed with your cupboard mel. I have a big cupboard like that but it is so full of junk:rotfl:
OH was reading over my shoulder so I have allocated the shrove Tuesday bit to him! He also said I will be surprised by my valentine's day present:rotfl:
I have filled in my notebook and made a list for birthday/Christmas pressies for most poeple. I was lucky enough to get both a Boots and Tesco hamper so will split those and add to other bits I bought in the Boots sale:
Mum birthday - Boots country living bag with bits from the hamper
Dad birthday - organic hamper with bits from Tesco hamper
Mum and Dad Christmas - Christmas hamper - wicker basket with various food sets from Boots sale and christmas plates/spoons from...yes Boots!
I have made a list of all the children's presents I bought in the sale and need to allocate them but I have a good selection and enough for everyone.
I plan to wrap most of my birthday presents and give them to my parents when they come to visit in February as they have more storage space than we do! We may also pay MIL a visit to leave some presents there too:rotfl:
saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200
    £60 deposit paid :j £100 paid:j £40 paid:j

Thanks for that PLM about the vouchers - I'll just hang on to the cash/vouchers and put them away until the end of the year, maybe november I'll just go to one shop - like morrisons or boots, (not sure if Tesco do them) and get all my gift cards, like an intunes voucher for sis in law, a boots voucher for MIL, a Game voucher for FIL, etc; I'll not buy them now incase they go bust before next christmas - thanks.

    Love your photo organisedness.
  • Why thank you PLM, a shoe shine would be lovely as my everyday shoes are normally very mucky, dont worry about bringing a gas mask though, no complaints from LO when he grabs them, his dads get a loud "poawwwwwww" lol

You mean you didnt hear me yell? Yup, everything has now arrived, so I'm a very happy bunny :D tried the website again when they put it back on, but it played uptoo much, I just checked it at leisure throughout the day, no stress. Have just put in a n order for nappies, pull ups (he's almost too big for nappies now  , dont they understand some of us raise giants?) & wipes. No codes are working so I'm going to ring CS tomorrow.
