thanks mel - will go shopping!!saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200
£60 deposit paid :j £100 paid:j £40 paid:j0 -
OOhhh organised and crafty - love it!
I think artymiss had the whispers pens reduced - I daren't even look or I might order - got the dies I ordered in the sizzix sale today - think I might treat myself to 1/2 an hours play later
According to my crafty friend you can use ordinary felt tips to colour in stamps like with the whispers pens and huff on them if they dry out before you've finished - will try it and report back
I feel like I deserve a treat I tackled the spare room and turned out 4 bin liners (needed to do this before we go back to fortnightly bin collections) and organised gifts into shoe boxes under the bed - didn't quite get round to sorting my knitting patterns but am now shattered.
I'm going to do a wedding scrapbook shortly so if anyone happens upon some blue/lilac/pink coordinating 12x12 papers in their travels can you give me a shout please? Have been looking for ages but don't seem to be able to find anything that won't drown the pics.Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

wow! I'm very impressed with how organised everyone is getting (except me!!)
my house looks like someone has gone round emptying suitcases/cupboards/shelves/ boxes etc etc all over the place in loads of different rooms! DS has a pile of things from Christmas in his room and I keep hoping he will tidy up and put things away (not gonna happen!!)
DD's bedroom  well don't even go there (I find it difficult to get in her rooma t the best of times!!)
The lounge still has the christmas tree propped up in the corner and 2 lots of lights in a pile at the bottom (don't tell anyone though!!) there are I think 3 boxes of Christmas things packed up in the lounge and 3 or 4 half empty boxes with all the contents spread out waiting to be packed up! It's madness!! I still haven't found my present notebook as I still haven't shifted all the Chrimbo bits!!
I got half my oder from halfcost today and it was really impressive!! I got some excellent wrapping paper on rolls half of which will do for birthdays etc throughout the year the rest will be for Christmas and it was 75p for 50 metres!! So a big thank you to mum2one for recommending it to me!!:T
Loving all the talk on buying craft stuff!! Before Christmas in the few months leading up to it, I bought several K & Co sets of papers and matching embellishments from lots of different places. Rough n Tumble, Margo, Sola and Baillie I hunted down all the bits I wanted and bought them. and guess what?? I haven't used one bit yet!!! Don't want to touch them now just like to stroke the papers and look at the embellishments!!
So where have you guys all been ordering from??/ What have you got , what have you got???:j :j :j :j :j :j
Also whilst I'm doing a mega post has anyone used a usa store they can recommend?? Trying to find the names of some I can visit when I go to Florida in February or possibly order from to get them delivered whilst I'm there.
many thanks for listening guys love ya!!!:rotfl:0 -
I get die cut shapes starting from 1p on eBay for a pack of 10+ it isnt actually worth my time cutting the shapes or buying the card she is that cheap. She combines postage too. If anyone wants the sellers name please PM me. (it is NOT me!)

Hi furrypig.....I'm definately not organised yet, my room is a total bomb site, the spare room, you can't even get in!!!!
I know exactly what you mean about not wanting to spoil the new craft stuffI brought my first few bits online from bedazzledesigns.com, really cheap, came to £19.07 with free p&p, got quite a few bits.
..xxI am only me, no pretences, no second guesses.. It's the best I can do, I'm sorry if that's not good enough for you... I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you :A0 -
Don't worry about being organised - I was tidy earlier but decided to have a play with my crafting stuff and i can now only see the legs of my dining table again
OH has started worrying about me - he thinks I'm becoming obsessed with tidying :rotfl:. Told him it will wear off in a few daysOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

I know that feeling, and thats my bedroom, between there and the shed, + 2 boxes in the loft, is the few spares from last xmas, and everything I've brought ready for this year.... I can only get down one size of the bed!

I'm the same, dd has her xmas stuff spread over parents rm, my rm and the landing..........think we need to tidy and declutter her room.
