  • I know its igniting an old flame here, but has anyone any recent dealings with RSA? I missed a call from them at 1812 tonight, and got a voicemail asking me to contact them, and my reference number. Now I do have debts, but have a DMP that I have paid on time every month since 2010, and managed to pay off 5k debts in that time. the debts are with:

    Capital one
    Barclaycard
    Littlewoods
    Citi financial,

do RMA deal with any of these creditors, also what should i do when i call them tomorrow?

    thanks in advance.
  • My advice would be to not call them!

Just stick to paying your DMP and don't get into conversations with RMA as they will just try to mess things up for you.
