    Morning all,

Very organised in this household this morning. WM, TD and BM are on the go already ! Trying a new bread recipe from this website so will see how it goes - made a white loaf yesterday and DH was most impressed but kids were yuck !

Just nipped out to start defrosting the car - ds starts playgroup today and ds is going to visit my uncle with my mum.

Off to make some soup for lunch it's -3 up here in Scotland so not as cold as yesterday. Dinner is tinned haggis, beans and mashed potatoes

Hope everyone has a lovely day.
So little money - so much time

Not been outdoors yet. Need to put bins out though.

Hopefully not too icy so I can drive. Was in so much pain after walking to school & back yesterday.

Housework today. Need to catch up on stuff.

DW on, about to put a load on now kids are dressed.

    Have a good day all

Brrr! morning all, wish I didn't have to leave the house today, but have to go to work, fill the bin and recycling and also take the tree apart and get most of it in the green bin. Hope I can find dh's sturdy gloves, as blue spruce seems to be really sharp!

Laundry all sorted yesterday, but need to do plenty of tidying and cleaning...when I have put the decs away.

Need to use up bread, not got much space in the freezer, so will do egg, beans and toast meal tonight I think. then ma boys can have some cake that has been around for a bit as well.

HM soup for lunch. MMmmm can't wait, think it might be porridge for brekkie today as well.

have a good day, stay warm!

    morning all!

DH came home for a warm up while on his milk round this morning - he said it was minus12 in the shed where they have to get their loads ready:eek: he wears special shorts under his trousers to help keep warm but on a day like this nothing will really help.

I'm off to work later for 11 hours but luckily use main roads mainly so should be ok.Just need to remember to defrost the car first.

OS wise - DH has leftovers for dinner as I'm at work. Washing will be hung on the airer.

Thats about it. (((hugs))) to those in need - PP, Churchmouse, those with poorly pets and anyone else I've omitted xxx

    Morning all

Have just made my bed and that's about all I'll get to do today before I head off to work.

Started the flylady 'thing' last night and was amazed at how nice a feeling it was getting into the shower minus mould and soap scum! Big up flylady and may it continue! Bring on the kitchen later...

Am at belated work Christmas do thing this evening, so won't need to cook but do have a long list of jobs that need doing including filling up some boxes to take to the charity shop.

See you later guys, am making a cuppa and then going to sit in car whilst it warms up and defrosts!

Freezing here too. Went out to take DS to wowrk at 7.30 to find a dead fox right in front of my garage:eek: It looked like it had been hit by a car, but it was frozen too:eek: DS refused to touch it, so I had to move it, so I didn't run over it again. Wimp my son!:rotfl:
Indoors now, waiting for Home delivery with my Boots order today. As I thoght, he came when I was at the hospital yesterday:mad: Good job I don't need any of it urgently!

Hi all - overslept this morning so have really skimmed the thread so far and not taken anything in. I have an appointment this morning so it's the last day I could have done with oversleeping. BM has had ingredients thrown into it, DH has been fed and shown off the premises and I have to start getting ready to go out. It is freezing here this morning; a very hard frost but looks bright and, so far, no sign of snow.

Hope you all manage to keep warm today.

Lots of (((hugs))) to all in need.

Will call back later when I get home and can relax a bit!

    Hello everyone
Not been here for ages, had a dreadful couple of months & no time for OS at all. Dad went into hospital mid Nov, should have got straight after treatment & come home, but knew his time was limited. However, he went downhill really fast & passed away a bit before Christmas. Consequently, recent weeks been rather Gerald Ratner & we'll be helping mum to sort stuff for months yet.
Now Christmas is out of the way, got to get a grip on everything, need to OS all parts of life, but brain still feels foggy &, even tho I've not had a good wail yet, feel like crying at the slightest thing!
Will go to other threads & try to sort GC for Jan, plan meals, etc.
Nice to be back here - feels like seeing a friend again! Hope your Christmases were good - hugs & kisses if you need! :grouphug: :kisses3:
