    that is GREAT news

similar thing happened to me years ago - my tabby cat 'Pooey' went 'missing' (my vile flatmate actually threw her out whilst i was at work!) for 4 months. then one day i was in the front garden playing with a neighbours cat and two little old ladies walked by and started chatting to me, and they mentioned that they had just seen a lovely friendly little tabby cat a couple of streets away - so i went to check it out, just in case it was my Pooey - and it was! my flatmate was non too pleased when i walked back in the flat with my lovely cat in my arms:rotfl:

That is a really nice story.

I lost my cat (i mean lost as is wandered off rather than died) on a snowy day in February 2004. Despite trying to find him I atill hope he'll turn up....

omg what fantastic news, I am so pleased for you I could cry! And well done to the lady that looked after her & the Vet for scanning her! I wonder if Vets routinely scan Cats they don't know? I'm just so happy now! Give Kitty a fuss from me x

One of my sisters cats went missing about 5 years ago, out on her horse several miles from home last summer she saw a cat who looked like him and took notice when whe called him by name but wouldn't come close, then a couple of days later he re appeared back home!

Well done you for never giving up on your kitty. I think we will all go home and give our pets that little bit of extra TLC tonight. x
