I think the baby's got the right idea - it must be toasty warm! Unlike the rest of us. Am sitting here in my hat!

    Good luck Pip!

Do not talk to me about heating Urg, i would be happy to sit at home in a hat, but my other half feels like we should have the same temp as the Bahamas. When i told him we spent £20 last week on gas, he said that wasn't bad and were doing alright then:mad:

    Hi Andan,

I have to have the heating rationed. Even if we had the heating on all day, I don't think it would warm this place! I'm sure I've mentioned it before but i have single-glazed windows and it is soooooooooooooooooooooooooo cold. My lodger got into the habit of flicking the override switch to keep it on. I've had to have words with him about it and he is better now.

I think he is going to leave at the end of his contract though. I'll be sad to see him go - he is no trouble really but a little strange. The extra cash has been really handy. I have really benefitted from having the extra cash to pay off the debts. Not sure I'd manage without it. It can take a long time to find someone.

Oh well - need to get back to today's tasks - been sat in front of the telly for ages! At least keeping moving will keep me warm.
