    Justamum...I've just asked Mr G and he's not sure, except he does remember when he's younger the buttons on cardigans that smelly girls wore :rotfl:

    :rotfl::rotfl:

    Today I'm doing my lounge (I haven't read what the 'official' room is for today:rotfl: but I want to do my lounge)

    First I have to venture out to take various bits and pieces to the charity shop, take my DD1s book back to the library and pick up a few bits and pieces from the shop. I could do with taking the glass and paper for recyling as the boxes are full. I'll do that now then come back to do the lounge and mop the kitchen floor. See you later.

    URGH. OH was faffing with his phone in work and has lot ALL his photos..... including all of DD's first Christmas ones!!! :(:(:( He *thinks* they might be on his work pc... but all i know is they arent on his phone and were the only ones we personally had that werent blurry.. and the he had the only ones of me him and DD together!! :(:(:(

    Probably wont fly today as realised have 100 AVON books to deliver... and its like an ice rink outside so i will have to be so careful......

    EDITED TO ADD:

    everyone who sent good luck vibes... can we keep them coming... the form was put on hrs desk this morning so we just have an unknown wait now.....

    VANILLA - thats fabby news congrats!!!

    Those who said about BOOTS FOR WIDE CALVES, have you tried Evans? I know they are meant to be for plus sizes, but because of this they allow for "larger" calves, i could never get boots to fit either, so i tried there on the off chance and almost every boot in their range fitted! I got myself a lovely classic pair for £40, think that was 2/3 years ago and they are still going strong and very comfy!!

    Laundry collected from downstairs and thrown in baskets.

    I have mountains of socks and pants to sort through so I may do that later.

  • Good morning Flyladies. Normal flying will be resumed today after a 2 weeks of essential maintainance. I've had the family home for the Christmas holiday and they they have done their fair share of housework. But today they have gone back to work / school and it has become my responsibility again.
    HHC 11.00 - 11.30 anyone?
    Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D
  • I'm in on the HHC! Need to get my bum in gear!

  • Right, so yesterday I vaguely cleaned the bathroom which is good for me......I'm now sat with feet up on the sofa just browsing as my little one is asleep........can't see anything getting done today, but I do have a clean bathroom!

    Having said that, the top drawer of the DW is on, so that's another achievement for me.........it was first day back to school for my eldest two so I'm trying to recover from the chaotic shamble of this morning......at least everyone had ironed clothes!!
