HAPPY BIRTHDAY RACH!!!
Woke up just before 8... (too late to get to church), so went back to bed and didn't manage to get up until 10ish... oops...
I thought about going in to Yoga this morning, but have decided to spend today doing my urgent work paperwork (I spoke to my director on Friday evening, and I have to write him a presentation for him to review today  ) and make a bit more progress in the utility room & study etc.
If I can get the utility room sorted, I can get the builder back to finish it... and if I can get the study clear, I'll have the space to do a bit of yoga at home if necessary.
So I've had breakfast, loaded the DW and need to have a shower and deal with the easy stuff before getting going properly again!0 -
Morning all
I really don't see myself getting much done today. But my kitchen still looks great since when was it, Weds?? So that's a mini record for me, it usually looks a mess constantly.
Need some bits from the local shop, and was going to walk. it's a bit of a trek, especially where the fields are, and I'm afraid the horrible weather has put me off walking. Going in the car. So no exercise today - may have to find an old Rosie Conley DVD or something later.
Today's list looks like this
1) Study
2) Make soup
Bit shorter than it was yesterday when I first wrote it!0 -
SSL - thanks for the link re. frozen waste pipe. Tipped masses of salt down the thing, and boiling water, and at about 9ish the sink was finally empty. I've just heard noises that were probably the rest of the ice melting! Hopefully there are no burst pipes... there was loads of gunk, so at least the plug hole has had a good clean.
How are things this morning greenbee?0 -

Maybe you're peri-menopausal ... for about 6 years before things started to trail off, I'd had heavy stuff (requiring mattresses!), light stuff, night sweats etc. irregular patterns.. all in a couple of months!
when you were peri-menopausal, did you ever have it every 3weeks/21days?smoke-free since Aug 2003 :j JDWilliams [strike]£479.55 [/strike] [strike]£417.92[/strike] [STRIKE]£318.33[/STRIKE] £0.00NSD in Feb 1 so far Ambrose Wilson [strike]£464.49[/strike] [strike]£422.76[/strike] £405.11:T
