    Hugs for lil_me

Didn't get much other than dailies done yesterday, WM decided to have a funny turn, kept beeping & showing an error message....so have put it through a hot wash with soda crystals & vinegar & hope it will be ok.

DS was supposed to go back to uni yesterday but he has got the horrid lurgy that is going around, I have dosed him up with lemsip so maybe he will be alright by tomorrow, I don't feel like sending him back poorly..........they are still your baby whatever age aren't they???:rotfl:

As a general rule, it's not water that causes problems, but sugar - so if you spill water on a keyboard, turn it upside down and leave it on the radiator to dry out. If you spill coffee on it, rinse with water and dry out. If you take sugar in your coffee, it's unlikely to survive, but worth trying to rinse out.

    what about sweetener? :p

    Morning all

It was definitely NOT a hot flush last night..... We have not a hint of frost this morning - the cold snap is at last over.

Right, bath, mousse and hairdryer, breakfast then I must do something with the day...

Quick question for anyone with a caravan and you can PM your reply if you'd rather or you can tell me not to be nosy!! We're looking at storage places and I was wondering what sort of cost i'd have to pay? Any ideas at all? xx

Sorry, we store ours in a barn at home! (and the other one is stored on the site in the south of France). Don't ask...we're not rich in any way shape or form!) But I have some friends that store theirs locally and they pay about £10 a week I think (but not definite)

  • Right - caught up on last night's posts....(finally!)

DW and TD on, booked Sun holiday (hurrah!), off to take OH a cup of coffee to encourage him out of bed so he can do the ironing (he suggested he did it so that he could watch Star Wars in peace without me whinging at him!) In case you hadn't guessed, I really don't like Star Wars!!

    See you all later!
