I watching a recording of Most Haunted, tonight show but I'm about 2 hours behind - not convinced by any of it yet. Just going to sort out the TD load and then I think I'm going to call it a night. DD is getting up at 8am as we realised she hasn't done her homework yet and ex will be here around 10.30ish
I haven't done much today except for laundry, but I have made food as required., washed up (except tonights' post tea dishes which I'm going to put into soak now), I've made a cheesecake (from a packet) and Lycleared DD again
Right, the TD isn't going to empty itself...if it did I'd be out of here like a shot :rotfl::rotfl: night all :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

AF is the monthly visitor to most of the ladies on this thread...
... who have all vanished off to sleep (clearly that's what weekends are for, although they stay up all hours during the week!).
Suppose I should go to bed now. No chance of me making church at 8am tomorrow. I REALLY need to reset my body clock...
Have cooked a chicken in my slow cooker (in water with veggies, as for boiled chicken), so hope to have delicious chicken and chicken stock tomorrow!)
SSL - thanks for the link re. frozen waste pipe. Tipped masses of salt down the thing, and boiling water, and at about 9ish the sink was finally empty. I've just heard noises that were probably the rest of the ice melting! Hopefully there are no burst pipes... there was loads of gunk, so at least the plug hole has had a good clean.
Friend has left... kitchen is a mess, but I'll clear that up tomorrowNeed to put the kettle on and make hot water bottles, as I'm still convinced it's cold & soappie was just having a hot flush
