I feel really sorry for ex though. He was his companion (he lives alone), and on Friday, he had a house fire which trashed his downstairs too.
He's not had a good start to 2009.
It's not nice watching a grown man cry.
aaaah hawthorn poor you and poor your ex, as you say a rotten start to the year. Losing a pet is never easy, and certainly not when you have to take that decision yourselves. Take it easy on yourself for a bit, and hopefully 2009 will improve for you (((hugs))))Jan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)

Evening
I havent been on properly since Monday night. As my post earlier said I'd done loads with the younger 2 kids as middle one not back to preschool yet. So I am skimming through the older posts as well as reading today's, so apologies if my posts seem all out of sync.Jan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)

Back - bl00dy laptop battery is knackered so I have to have it plugged in and the mains cable bit is dodgy so keeps stopping charging all the time then turns off so I lose my posts
I have exactly the same problem with my laptop  The ones the kids use in school are fantastic though.... they say they're fully charged, you switch them on they go to 50% battery, you log on, they drop to 20%, by the time the computer is ready to use it shouts at you to plug it in :rotfl::rotfl: Poor technician is sick of hearing about the problem - he even offered me his job today while I worked with him to allow my personal laptop access to the school wireless network (now I can do uni work in school without having 2 laptops on the go and I have all my websites bookmarked on mine so I can get on here if I want in my breaks;) ):D I'm a cheeky thing when I want to be
ETA: Back to work - at least now I'm onto wireless networks and bluetoothing 'cause I'm sick of micro-blogging!!!Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
