Rach - no I won't kick you. What I will say is don't do the online stuff. Plan your menu tomorrow morning then take a lunch break and see what you can pick up at any local market. Then get make a date with OH to go visit your nearest supermarket on Saturday. Your reward will be a latte (or whatever) each at starbucks (or whereever afterwards!)

lol you and me are on the same wavelength tonight soappie! I couldn't get a saturday slot apart from 8-10pm (no chance!) so had just decided to do just enough for a week tomorrow at mr s instead (want a lot of fish anyway and I prefer theirs). You've now challenged me to hop on the bus with my shopping trolley if the weather's ok and go to the market in town. Of course working in the east end there are loads of great markets but it's too much hassle to drag the stuff home!

I've got half a mealplan in my head and DH has a few ideas from a new recipe book so that should be easy to sort!

When I lived where you do I gave up supermarkets for lent and only used the market, the butcher and local shops - loved it though it's harder when i'm working 9-5...

Finally caught up, and a big massive well done to all those newbies who are doing fabulously well! :T

I was too tired after work to do much apart from making a casserole for dinner, and washing up afterwards. I'm now going to watch the rest of Hustle, and then do all the upstairs tomorrow, as well as the weekly shopping and hopefully lesson planning too. Girly trip to Lakeside with DD and a friend on Saturday...

    Hugs all round, back tomorrow.

Even my toddler has a vague grasp of how to use a phone :rotfl: She's called people on my mobile before so I had to lock the keys, and she walks around with a phone cradled on her neck going "hello, hmmm, yep, uh huh, oh, hello, ahhh, bye" :D
My 16 month old grabs my mobile and punches at the keys furiously in a texting fashion :rotfl:
