I've done my filing and sorted the cupboard:j . Think I'll go and alter my new jeans and waistcoat whilst I'm waiting.
Can someone please tell it to stop snowing - they didn't say it was going to snow on the weather this morning0 -
LL - I had a horizontal cut and it's all fully healed now. I'm doing a bit more every day but then I have days like yesterday when I did nothing but sleep. Everyone says you should listen to your body so that's what i'm doing. Are you having a horizontal or vertical? Mine was a lot bigger than I thought...I remember on day two having a shower and asking the nurse how big it was and thinking 'wow'! It's about 12 inches but as my bikini days are long gone i'm not bothered at all. I can honestly say that having the operation has been the best decision I have ever, ever made! Yes, i'm tired but i've not had pain or been anemic for nearly four weeks. It feels fab!! xx
I know it's not the same thing, but, my caesarian scar was about 12 inches across when it was new and it has shrunk to a barely noticable 4 inch little thin line.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0 -

I joined this thread just before New Year and I keep seeing "pegs" being mentioned, along with "matching" etc.....I can't hold back anymore....I have to know!!!!! Please share!:rotfl:
I haven't caught up since last night yet, so will be off to do that in a mo.
still need "safe travel on icy roads" vibe as my ex is determined to drag my DS up and down the M23 once today and once tomorrow on supposedly black ice (according to news reports) (he was meant to come home today but ex has to pick a friend up from the airport, so in his infinite wisdom, decided to take my son with him, and also the next day to the airport again to deposit MIL, when he could have just dropped DS home to me early, with no more road risks, last night) If I still had a car, I would have insisted I pick him up myself last night!
so lots of vibes today and tomorrow please, as they work so well!!
right, off to catch up...

Mood improved...
I finished off the cereal so I have made the box into a paper holder for all the instruction booklets, recycling calendar and takeawy menus (that I don't think we'll be using for a while) in that usually end up tucked down the side off the MW.

Bah not good ragz *hugs*
I've just been outside to check the oil...we've used about 2/3 of the tank since October...eeek! I usually turn Stanley off beginning of March ish so I'm wondering whether a 1/3 will be enough for 2 cold months. I do still have about 20 bags of coal though :rotfl: I have turned Stanley down as DD2 is in the lounge which has the fire going and I'll survive in my thick cardigan.
Right need to change a stinky bum and feel both of us, then I'll work out my afternoon list. Think I'll be alright doing the lounge as DD2 will go down for her nap. Also got a load of sewing to do so I may do that instead and catch up on some telly.Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

Have done a few things today, but not much really!
Not feeling 100% and am having a sulk! LOL
Got to take DS to orthodontist first thing this afternoon. Need to go to tip as well.
Just want to lie on sofa and sleep!0 -
Back again. Asda shop all put away. A few substitutions including an Impulse type spray instead of a men's body spray. That went back!
Today I have polished and vacuumed all the bedrooms. Cleaned the mirrors. Dusted all the high bits. Vacuumed the landing and bathroom and toilet floors.
Polished in the living room and vacuumed right through downstairs.
I can't change my bed yet. DH is dog-sitting at DD1's. He discovered when he went to change the bed there after a week that her spare bedding was on the spare bedroom floor waiting to be washed! So he took our spare set to put on, brought back her two sets which I've washed and dried, and will strip off our bedding on Saturday morning. Then I will wash that and hopefully it will be dry by Sunday so I can change my bed. I just turned everything over after a week, it's only me in there anyway:D
That was a bit boring for you wasn't it?
Off to catch up now.0
