.... I realised for the first time (due to a lovely sunset) that I can see the gherkin from an office window!

Ahh, I have fond memories of the view of the gherkin (but from a different perspective). When I worked at Hendon, I'd occasionally have to spend a few days on the eighth floor of offices on the south bank of the Thames not far from Blackfriars. That was the most distracting office ever. Views straight over the river - across to the north bank. Boats going up and down, things going across bridges.... the gherkin in the distance... you could get lost in the view...

I've only been here about 18months. I have 32 left. Pretty please?????

I found a few more, and picked up some for several other peoples along the way.

Off to bed now so I will leave this in someone elses capable hands.

DW got done, as did S&S of kitchen but I really must catch up tomorrow afternoon or we will start to sink again.

  • Hello Everyone

    You have been very busy.....

I have come home early today from work as I feel like c..p! Hot, sore throat, achy and feel sick. _pale_ Hope I feel better tomorrow as have loads to do at work, appointments to book in and assessments to write up.

Needless to say have not done any of list although tried to get DS to wash up but got the response 'no way - i have cooked tea'.

Think I will head off to bed soon and try again tomorrow.

    Sleep well all
