I'm here...and sort of caught up with the thread. I've got a splitting headache and an assignment due in Thursday
I need to get stuck into that while DD is out at Brownies...if she makes it there - I'm about to fall asleep
No flying so far today, I haven't even washed up yet! Off to swallow some parrots & then take DD. My assignment has to come first though so will tackle that. I'm hoping to be in bed by 10pm but we'll have to see.
Oh and to top it off, its PE tomorrow, football outside  Guess who is going to have to get wrapped up and take handwarmers with them. Which reminds me I need to dig my hat out again :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Toots - glad the hospital appointment went well.
Welcome new people and returners
Am just having a restorative G&T. I hate driving in icey weaterh! Temp when I left this morning was -2 at home by the time I got 10 miles up the road, it was -5.5. Stories of cars all over the place on various routes on the travel news didn't help my tension!
When I left work at 4pm, the temp had already dropped to -0.5 (it was quite warm in the sun at lunchtime) so it was a tense drive home again.
Tonight is going to be worse apparently - they are forecasting -10 in these parts.... I'm tired from the tense drive and a really busy day at work. I was at yet another differnet desk today. My first task involved crawling under it and connecting up stuff I needed connected. I was grateful to be wearing trousers!
But I'm off to sort out the cupboard under the sink then dyson my bedroom, do lamb chops for tea and have an early nightI am the leading lady in the movie of my life
