Right, I'm sure at some stage in the next 7 months, my DH will be in a good mood.
I think they are mainly girly clothes....DS used to wreck everything
Thanks Spud, although I am secretly hoping for a grandson (I think:rolleyes: ) there are far too many girls in this family:rotfl: another stroppy mare might be a bit much....:rotfl:Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Hehe I am just lurking, drinking wine and running up and downstairs to Natasha who is making up for being the amazing sleeping baby a year ago by being the amazing 'up all night' baby this year!
Hope she settles soon Snaggs, have the screaming spells stopped?
My DS was a nightmare everytime a tooth was coming through and we thought he'd never go back to sleeping normally again but he always did...Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

thats it spud use me and abuse me;)
i do think my kids miss out on a lack of family support though.
hence the reason i have had to have a care assesment done by social services:rolleyes: ...
I agree Jacs, but I'm sure you more than make up for any lack of family support.
I feel it at Christmas, when my kids only get the presents me and DH buy them. I sort of feel I have to buy more to make up for it
DH and I havent had a night out alone together for around 10 years, we never leave our kids with anyone and I sometimes wonder whether....whats the right way of wording it.....they should be close to other adults apart from their mum and dadIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

You'd think we all had somethings in common considering the fact we are pals but my friends range from pushy-mums to the way-too-laidback-have-you-any-clue-where-your-kids-are-mums! I like to think I'm somewhere in the middle!
I think parenting makes or breaks friendships tbh....I 'drifted' away from a couple of friends who tried to force their parenting style on me.....(I am sure wearing odd socks never really had any effect on my kids mental health!)
One 'friend' who scared me to death cos she talked dead posh and had lovely manners became my best mate......cos she is seriously nuts.....:rotfl:Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Jacs I had forgotten your son has downs, and you are to be congratulated on your resourcefulness over the years, bringing up a child with a disability is one of the most difficult and rewarding things a person could do. My sister has cerebral palsy and was the apple of my eye till she fell out with my mother and left home at 11 to go and live with my dad, we had little or no contact for years after that...
Spud - if it wasn't for my OH's family that would be me....at our wedding we had 'close family' only - that was 30 of OH's family and me and my mother...
BUT - one day Spud you will have grandchildren round your feet and christmas won't be so quiet anymore.....:rotfl:
Oh, we had family when we got married. We had a 'his side' and 'my side'. The only photo from our wedding where any of the people are still around is the friends :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
