as some of you will know, I have already tried to get my CCA off the nasty bank, they sent rubbish but were adamant that is was a true copy. I presently have a SAR request in with them that I should hear back from soon.
I have defaulted them, yet they still keep chasing, today i received 2 letters with the same date. one terminating the account and demanding full payment of the whole balcance within 14 days, the other one demanding a full financial breakdown and evidence of why i am in this financial mess due to my health etc.
where do i stand? What they sent was not a valid CCA. I know that much.
Im really knocked for 6 by this, scared too.
I have posted this on the CCA req forum too. just hoping someone will be along soon to advise. ThanksPlease be nice to all moneysavers!

Evening All,
still not heard back from Nasty bank, (watch something come in the post in the morning now!)
Bit bemused as Littlewoods and Kays have both admitted that they wont chase as no cca. yet 2 days after receiving Kays letter i recieved about 5 diff default letters (for buy now pay laters etc) saying they want paying in next 14 days...:p they have declined F& F 's of 20% also...
Seeing as I have it in writing that they cant chase I am thinking i can ignore the letters they have sent??
Tesco have finally also backed down and will accept token payments and stop interest... wonder if nasties will do the same....
asda have passed it onto a DCA but they are honouring the current agreement of token payments for 6 months also...
Onwards and upwards peeps!! Thanks again for the fantastic advice i have received on here! it is very very much appreciated. :TPlease be nice to all moneysavers!

The letters were probably sent from different departments so that's probably why you are getting some conflicting information Pebbles. If any of them try to get heavy, just reply to them with a copy of that letter.
